Apple’s shiny new iOS 8 come baring 100’s of new tricks, but if you are still an owner of the iPhone 4s you might want to hold back from installing the iOS 8. Ars Technica has performed some field testing using an iPhone 4s running Apple’s iOS 8. Even tough iOS runs decently but there are most definitely some drawbacks that might make you regret updating the iPhone 4s to iOS 8.
Below is a short showing how the OS performs vs the iOS 7.1.2, almost everything that matters is slower. To be noted this has nothing to do with the iOS 8 , this is strictly hardware thing, simply put the iPhone 4s is just old. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give it a try! but that is a decision you will need to weigh yourself.
