A mockup of the yet to be announced the iPad Air 2 has leaked online, these are used by the accessory makers. The mockup features Touch ID and much thinner design. Since this is a mockup the final product could be different.

Apple is expected to announce the new iPad Air  on Oct 16th 2014 along with the new iMacs, maybe a new 12” Macbook and the OS X Yosemite.
