After playing with many cool features on OS X Mountain Lion, we finally spent some quality time with Safari on Mountain Lion. We are happy to report that Apple has finally ditched the Search bar in Safari 5.2 (8535.18.5), Apple has cleared away the search bar and added address bar search feature to Safari with all the bells and whistles.

The features works quite well ! instead of looking for that search bar to the right, you can now simply type whatever you want to search in the address bar & search the web right from the address bar. There is no doubt, that there will be bug fixes before the big release but we are sure that this feature will not change much &  is what will be shipped with OS X mountain lion when it gets released later this summer.

In addition to searching the web, you can also use the address bar to do calculations!
