Rip Dev has released Installer App for Windows.The application, initially only for Mac, has been made compatible for Microsoft Windows operating systems. For this to work work properly you need iTunes installed on your PC and .Net Framework 3.5 Microsoft.

You can then use InstallerApp to download the apps from Cydia and Installer on your computer and then install them via USB-in-your iPhone or iPod Touch. The application is free but the transfer (ie installation) of the applications requires a license which costs $ 7 but can be used on 5 different devices. Now we are not sure if this makes any sense paying for this App that is as Cydia is Free. But then again we maybe missing the point,but good or bad here it is, it never hurts to have one more tool!
