3G Fuzzyband Downgrader is an app available via Cydia by Big Boss Repo. This is an app that can help you downgrade the 3G baseband if you had upgraded to the 3.0 Beta Firmware & are now stuck on that baseband.
This method allows you to downgrade your 02:30:03 BaseBand to 02:28:00 BaseBand,hence furthur allowing you to use Yellowsnow to unlock your device. This only works on 3G Devices that have 5.8 Bootloader – This will not work on iPhones that have 5.9 Bootloader
