Google has applied for the ‘Nexus One‘ trademark.New Videos has surfaced on the device showing the boot screen.
AndroidOS has performed a Trademark Electronic Search of US Patent & Trademark Office and found that Google has indeed filed a Trademark application for ‘Nexus One’ on Dec 10.
Another search for HTC Passion or Bravo did not bring out any results, so HTC is not getting this phone trademarked coz, this is Google Phone 
, HTC is only manufacturing it for Google as per their instructions.
