Lockdown, is an application that allows you to block certain applications from launching without a password, the app has recently been updated to version 6.0, bringing with it some improvements that we see below.The application is now compatible with firmware 3.0.
- It ‘been rewritten as a Springboard addon,so its much faster now.
- Fixed some bugs.
Your can Find Lockdown in “System” category of Cydia through the BigBoss repository .
Note: Important - If you decide to delete or update this application, you must remove the password to all the protected applications before proceeding.

This worked perfect on my iPhone 3G / 3.0 Firmware. Now I can let my kids play all their games and know they aren't messing up anything else. This was much needed!
