The Laked photos of Microsoft’s Store Plans show that microsoft has taken the page right from Apple’s Book along with some of the best elements from the Sony Style, Niketown and other retail shops, the Microsoft Store will focus on Windows 7, Windows Mobile, Xbox, PCTV, and Surface.

The Customer Journey is targeted towards Emily as she visits different areas of the store such as Personalization, Answer Bar, Software, Theatre Area, and Check Out.
