JailBreaking the iPhone 3.0 Beta 2
This is modified Quickpwn that allows you to Jailbreak the iPhone 3.0
Important : This is a Heads up from Dev Team [Dev Team Response]
YellowSnow is Used to Unlock the iPhone 3G.
What you should know.?
- Do not use this method if you do not know what you are doing.
- Do not use this if you have a 3G iPhone that is Unlocked! & or you are looking for an Unlock.
- Do not use this if you will miss Cydia,backgrounder, Five Dock Icon,winterBoard & other Apps that depend on MobileSubtract.
- Even tough this comes with Icy, which means Icy is installed upon jailbreaking. Some 3rd Party Apps will work & some will not .
Requirements:
- Firmware 3.0 beta 2 on your computer. [Only God or Mr.Jobs can tell you where to get 3.0 Firmware]
- QuickPwn 3.0 beta [Download QuickPwn 3.0] 2nd –> [Link]

The Process is 100% same as Jailbreaking 2.2.1
Note: This is only for developers
[Please Wait till official release if your do not feel comfortable with this]
Step 1.
You must have the iPhone 3.0 Mounted on your iPhone .
Step 2.
You should do a restore just to be safe . Simply connect your device to the iTunes & Hold the Shift down (Options on Mac) & Hit restore. Now Locate the 3.0 beta 2. Restore process will begin.
Wait for your computer to finish the restore process..
Step 3.
Run the New QuickPwn, and select the following options, depending on your device:
- For a 2G iPhone, check:- Jailbreak, Activate and Unlock.
- For a 3G iPhone :- Jailbreak
- For an iPod Touch, check:- Jailbreak
And go Next. Now wait until you are instructed to put your device into DFU mode.
To enter DFU just turn off your phone, click the Home button + Power ON for 10 seconds, and keep pressing Home for another 10 seconds.
A purple screen will appear, and after a little bit of time you will be able to use the 3.0 Jailbroken.
