As noted early Apple has just released the new Mac OS X 10.5.7. You should update as soon as possible as this update provides many fixes and security updates. Along with the many other fixes the latest update fixes the Broken DFU mode for the iPhone & iPod Touch . DFU mode broke when apple sent out the 10.5.6 update. Due to DFU mode beeing broken a lot of people who needed to jailbreak their iPhone and iPod Touch were having issues. Even tough there was a work around but there is nothing like just plugging away.
With the Mac OS X10.5.7 DFU mode works successfully.
New Feature : Sync Notes Via iTunes on your Mac.
This new feature is available with in the latest OS X update – you can now sync the Notes from your Mac to your iPhone via the usb connection! This will surely come handy to folks who chow down a lot of notes on their mac now you can have all those mobile, user can also type notes faster on their mac & then sync them over if needed . There have been apps in the past that will let you sync notes to the iPhone but then again there is nothing like inbuilt functionality.
