Dev-Team updated their UltraSn0w Unlock to support unlocking the iOS 5.0.1. This unlock only works if you have an order Baseband.

Supported Basebands & iPhones

  • iPhone 4 Baseband - 01.59.00 
  • iPhone 3G|3GS  Baseband - 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04 and 06.15.00
If your iPhone is on one of the supported baseband, you should not update to 5.0.1 via iTunes, You must use the custom ipsw to update and jailbreak your iPhone
