Download the Theme you want from right below the screenshot. & place it in the Themes folder on your iPhone, please refer to the directions given above.:)
No sorry I explained wrong
I have installed the theme "Black Music Control" but now I want to install the icons for the rotation of the springboard as those in the screenshot (RotationLockButton & RotationUnlockButton). Can you tell me where to find them? 
And I wanted to ask another thing, how to replace the dock with the original wood. Sorry for asking too many questions and thanks!
