As the year ends USPTO keeps revealing treats for us! Earlier we found out that Apple filled For a Presence Detection & Facial Recognition Patent For iOS Devices. It now appears that Apple has added yet another amazing new chapter to their ongoing smart Bezel project; this project that has the potential of taking Apple’s iDevices to a whole another level. This new patent application reveals that this will advance iOS devices with a new live interface that is referred to as the “Multi-Modal Human Interface”. This new interface is to be powered by a new engine that is able to detect environmental conditions and change the operational interactivity options for users so as to maximize the iDevice’s usefulness automagically. The patent also reveals that it is also designed to reduce power drainage so that devices cold be up and  running longer.

Only time will tell how Apple will implement this new technology into their future iDevices.
