Apple has won whats considered to be a major Patent victory against HTC. The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled that Apple Inc. products don’t infringe on patents held by HTC Corp.’s recently acquired subsidiary S3 Graphics, for which HTC paid (wait for it) a whopping $300 million.

This news sent shares of HTC tumbling down more than 5% & have the inverters iNervous. Karma is a bi**h, HTC acquired S3 Graphics then accused Apple of infringing on Patents held by S3 Graphics good going HTC keep up the hostel take over…& you will get nowhere.
