Apple has entered the multi-terabyte territory, announcing the instant availability of a two-terabyte Time Capsule.

The price for the 2 Terabyte Time Capsule is $499 or exactly the same price that the 1TB model was a couple of days ago.That 1 TB Time Capsule has been dropped to $299, according to Apple’s site. There are apparently no other changes to the components in the upgraded Time Capsule.

This is a good news for would be Time Capsule owners,now your Dollar stretches more & can reach out for an extra Terabyte. This upgrade makes sense since in Time Capsule is designed to backup more then just 1 Mac or PC so now backing up multiple Computers should not get you worried as far as the storage is considered.
