Alright Folks, here it comes ! Apple is now threatening Legal Action” against the Chinese Toy maker “In Icons” over the Steve Jobs Action Figure. The Action Figure went viral last week when In Icons gave the world a preview of whats to come & opened doors to pre-order.
In the past Apple has proved that they do not take likeness to this sort of thing, But only time will tell whats in store for this creepy yet amazing Action figure.
This uncanny Action Figure comes complete with Job’s Trademark blue jeans, Black Turtleneck sweater & sneakers, the figure was set for feb release but In Icons is now met with a legal challenge with Apple threatening to sue the toy maker unless they cease all trading.
The Issue here is over the likeness of the action figure to the Late Apple Founder, the rights to which the company claims it owns. In a letter to In Icons Apple stipulates that any toy resembles the tech giant’s Logo, Person’s name & appearance or likeness of its products is a criminal offense.
