Apple has reinvented TextBooks! Apple is launching a new version of iBooks which Apple is calling iBooks 2, it is tailored to present vivid, interactive textbooks for elementary & high school students on the iPads.
Dubbed as iBooks 2 it will be able to display book with videos & other interactive features, Apple announced thursday at their NYC Education event.
Apple also showed over Author, an application for Macs that lets people create electronic textbooks.
iTunes U – Apple has taken iTunes U to a whole another level! iTunes U was already powerful, but Apple has beefed the iTunes U. It contains education Videos, Documents, Apps & books, it even packs Full courses, all that from top school from around the world.
